Terms of service · Last updated 25 August 2026

Clear terms for a focused service.

These terms govern access to Florist Touch Social Inbox, currently provided as a private product preview and Meta review environment.

1. Provider

The service is provided by Florist Touch Ltd, company number 12456022, with registered office at 3rd Floor Suite, 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH. References to “we”, “us” and “Florist Touch” mean Florist Touch Ltd.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be authorised by the florist business to use its workspace and connect its Facebook Page. You must supply accurate information, protect your account credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

3. Current service

The current Social Inbox lets an authorised florist connect an eligible Facebook Page, import conversation information made available by Meta, receive new Messenger enquiries, organise those enquiries and deliberately send staff-written replies where Meta permits.

Features shown as future, unavailable, demonstration or test functionality are not contractual commitments. Instagram, advertising, publishing, comments, insights, WhatsApp and automated outbound messaging are outside the current release.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, deceptively, abusively or to send spam; attempt to access another florist’s workspace; interfere with security; upload malicious material; or use Meta data for advertising, profiling or purposes inconsistent with the customer conversation and applicable platform rules.

5. Customer messages and instructions

The florist remains responsible for its customer communications, the lawful basis for handling them and the content of replies sent by its staff. Florist Touch processes florist-customer information on the florist’s instructions when providing the service. Staff must review every message before choosing to send it.

6. Meta and third-party services

The service depends on Meta APIs and policies. Availability, history, profile fields, messaging windows and permissions may change or be limited by Meta. We do not control Meta’s service and cannot guarantee that every historical message or profile field will be available.

You must comply with Meta’s applicable terms. Suspending or revoking a Meta authorisation may stop related Social Inbox functions.

7. Security and availability

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the service. During the private preview, service availability is not guaranteed and maintenance or changes may occur. Do not rely on Social Inbox as the only copy of legally or operationally critical information.

8. Intellectual property

Florist Touch owns the service software, design and branding. The florist and its customers retain their rights in content they provide. The florist grants us the limited rights required to process that content and operate the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse or material breach. A florist may stop using the preview and disconnect its Facebook Page. Data handling following disconnection is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.

10. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the private preview is supplied for evaluation and testing. We are not responsible for losses caused by Meta outages or restrictions, unauthorised use arising from compromised customer credentials, or decisions made from incomplete provider data. Any production commercial terms agreed with a florist will take priority where they expressly conflict with these preview terms.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the preview develops, with the current date shown above. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.

12. Contact
